Short-term joint staff training – exchange of good practices, training of teachers on Innovation project management course in Ostrava 4-8/10/2021
Joint training on the Course and E-learning was realized for university teachers and lecturers from training company and association and also for staff working at managerial positions on how to effectively use the methods and tools developed within the project for practical education and training of young researchers, students and adults (public). Experts from partner institutions shared their experience related to best practice, patterns and know-how.
During the Short-term joint staff training there was also a visit in the old steel factory in area Dolni Vitkovice near Ostrava. Not even 20 years ago Ostrava was called the ‘Republic’s Iron Heart’, referring to the production facilities of Dolní Vítkovice. So, the host, who was Ostrava’s university took the chance to organize a guided tour to the unique industrial area.
